FAQ
What brands ask before the first video.
Formats, photos, avatars, price, and what happens when something is not right.
The videos
- What do I actually get?
- A vertical 9:16 video in 720p, ready to upload to your store or your social channels. Sixteen seconds is the floor; the length follows what the video needs to say. It comes with a still of the opening frame, the script with the line spoken in each scene (or the music, when the video has no voice) and one revision round.
- What is the difference between the three formats?
- Showcase is silent: the product is the star, on music composed for the piece, and it works with the sound off. UGC Review keeps the product in focus with the voice-over of a user reviewing it. Influencer adds one of our avatars, who presents the product, uses it and recommends it.
- Which one should I start with?
- Showcase. It does not depend on a voice or a language, and it is the one a whole catalogue can go through. Add UGC Review and Influencer for the products that need a voice or a face to vouch for them.
- Which languages and accents?
- Spanish, Portuguese and English, with accents from the United States, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Puerto Rico and Brazil.
- How long does it take?
- The pilot, 1 day. A full batch, days rather than months: videos are made in parallel, so a bigger batch is not a slower one.
Your products
- What do I need to get started?
- The catalogue photos of each product (our examples start from 4) and, if you have it, the listing: description, price and variants. That is what we write the script and build the video from.
- Do you connect to my store?
- Yes: we connect to your platform and collect the listings, photos and specs of your products. It also works without a connection: send us the product page or the photos.
- What do you read from my store?
- The photos, the copy, the price and the variants of each product: what we need to build the video. Nothing else.
- Can I use a real person or my own model?
- No. We cannot put a real person in a video or make one that leans on one: no lookalikes of a known figure and no celebrity endorsement. Every video is presented by a synthetic avatar from our roster.
- Are there products you will not make?
- Ones that carry someone’s face or name, such as a shirt printed with a musician, and ones that show another brand’s logo on a product that is not yours.
The avatars
- Are they real people?
- No. Every avatar is synthetic and owned by us, and we disclose that. No talent contracts, no usage windows and no likeness or music claims.
- Will the same avatar be in all my videos?
- Yes, for as long as you want. An avatar is one person across every video, every product and every market. Recasting is your decision, never an accident.
- What will the avatar say about my product?
- Only what you gave us. You can also set your brand’s tone and the words or actions you do not want to see, and each avatar has its own list of what it will not sell.
- Can another brand use the same avatar?
- Yes: the roster is shared. We can also create an avatar exclusive to your brand, never cast for any other.
Price and pilot
- How much does it cost?
- Packs start at 15 USD per video, with volume discounts. You can mix formats in the same pack.
- Can I try it before I pay?
- Yes, with a pilot: pick 10 representative products and the first 2 are free. We produce the pieces in 1 day, and you measure the results against what you have now.
- Do I pay again if something has to be redone?
- No. Retakes are included and every video comes with a revision round. The price is per video, not per attempt.
Quality and rights
- Who checks the videos?
- A person, start to finish, every time. Nothing ships unwatched: a scene that fails the bar is redone before you see it.
- Will the product look exactly the same?
- Very close, but it is generated picture, not a photograph of your product. Fine print, intricate logos and busy packaging can come back close rather than exact. We redo it until it holds up, and when a detail is not going to survive we tell you instead of shipping it.
- What if I do not like the video?
- Every video includes a revision round: tell us what is off and we redo it. You are buying an approved video, not a generation.
- Who owns the video?
- You do. Once delivered, you use it in paid and organic, on any platform and in any market, with no time limit and no extra fee. The avatar stays ours.
